Changchun Yutai Optics Co., Ltd. has recently reached a significant milestone in its development, having officially relocated in its entirety to its new premises at 2# Automotive Innovation Park, Liando U Valley, Changchun City,Jilin Province, China.

On the day of the relocation, the ceremony was simple yet grand, with firecrackers set off to symbolize good fortune, prosperity, and lasting success, thus opening a beautiful prelude to a new chapter in the development of Yutai Optics.

This relocation is not merely a simple upgrade of our premises; it represents a crucial step towards expanding our production capacity, enhancing product quality and scaling up our operations. To ensure the smooth handover of the new facility, all staff have united in purpose and taken collective action, working together in harmony on the relocation effort. Working in coordinated teams and supporting one another, everyone has methodically moved production equipment, precision optical instruments, raw materials, finished goods stock and office supplies. Following the relocation, the entire workforce undertook a thorough deep clean and comprehensive tidying of the premises, meticulously cleaning, dusting, disinfecting and reorganising the production workshops, testing laboratories, office areas, storage spaces and communal areas.

A clean and tidy production environment is the foundation of precision optical manufacturing; standardised and orderly hygiene within the factory premises serves as the first line of defence in product quality control. The production of optical components demands extremely high standards of dust-free, clean and tidy conditions. By ensuring that all staff participate in cleaning duties and optimising the factory environment, we not only create a comfortable and tidy workspace for ourselves, but also lay a solid foundation for the subsequent processing, coating and testing of precision products such as lenses, optical windows, prisms and filters. This approach eliminates dust contamination and safeguards the high precision and quality of our optical components.

The new factory site enjoys an excellent location and benefits from comprehensive on-site facilities. The workshop layout is well-designed and practical, with clear demarcation between production, testing, R&D, and storage and office areas. Leveraging this newly upgraded production environment and state-of-the-art facilities, the company will further increase production capacity, optimise delivery times and strengthen its quality control system. We will continue to intensify our efforts in the research and development of customised optical products to meet the diverse and high-precision custom manufacturing requirements of our clients both domestically and internationally.
